Registration confirmation and course log-in information will be sent by e-mail the day course access begins.
Refund policy: Refund requests must be made in writing prior to registration confirmation, and will be made less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds after your registration has been confirmed.

1 The course registration fee allows course access for 90 days to complete the course and exam. The fee does not include books or reading materials required for the course or CNU certification.
2 The exam certification fee allows access to the exam for one month. Those who register for the exam only will gain access to the exam at the same time as those registered for the course (i.e. If the course begins on April 20, the exam opens on June 15, and ends July 27, those who register for the exam only will be able to take the exam starting on June 15.)
